Retirement Prospects Anti-Spam Policy
Retirement Prospects is committed to maintaining the highest standard of integrity in lead generation and marketing communications. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform, services, or lead data for the transmission of unsolicited, deceptive, or bulk electronic messages (“spam”).
All financial advisors, insurance agents, and third-party partners (collectively, “Users”) who access our leads or utilize our services must strictly comply with this Anti-Spam Policy.
1. Compliance with Legal Regulations
All communications initiated through or resulting from lead data provided by Retirement Prospects must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The CAN-SPAM Act: Governing commercial email requirements, opt-out mechanisms, and honest header details.
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Regulating automated dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS text messages.
- The National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry: Restricting unsolicited telemarketing calls to registered consumers.
- State-Specific Regulations: Including insurance and financial services communication rules matching local state laws.
2. Strict Prohibition of Spam
Users are completely barred from using Retirement Prospects data or services to send spam. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Unsolicited Mass Messaging: Sending commercial emails or text messages to consumers who have not explicitly opted in or consented to receive communication from you.
- Deceptive Information: Using misleading or falsified subject lines, headers, or sender identities.
- Failing to Provide Opt-Outs: Transmitting commercial emails that lack a clear, functional, and visible “Unsubscribe” link or instructions.
- Ignoring Opt-Out Requests: Failing to honor a consumer’s request to opt-out or unsubscribe from communications within ten (10) business days.
- Harvested Data: Mixing or combining Retirement Prospects leads with scraped or illegally harvested list data.
3. Guidelines for Using Retirement Prospects Leads
Because Retirement Prospects secures exclusive consumer leads matching local criteria, the following strict communication rules apply to all issued leads:
- Consent Limits: Consumers submit requests expecting communication regarding specific financial or insurance products. Contacting a lead regarding unrelated multi-level marketing, non-financial products, or secondary offers is strictly prohibited.
- Identification: When contacting a lead via email or phone, you must clearly identify yourself, your business name, and your physical mailing address.
- Timely Follow-up: Leads are assigned exclusively; however, outbound contact should be handled professionally and humanely, avoiding high-frequency or automated continuous redialing that constitutes harassment.
4. Policy Enforcement and Penalties
We actively monitor usage patterns and investigate consumer complaints regarding spam. If a User is found to have violated this Anti-Spam Policy, Retirement Prospects reserves the right to take immediate action, including:
- Issue of a formal written warning.
- Temporary suspension of the User’s account and withholding of newly generated leads.
- Permanent termination of the account without a refund for existing balances or leads.
- Referral of egregious violations to relevant financial and insurance regulatory authorities or legal bodies.
5. Reporting Spam
