ADDENDUM
Change to Option B, Zip Code Specific Leads
This is a modification to the original agreement I signed with Retirement Prospects and all original terms apply.
This addendum is to change the selection in the paragraph labeled "Cost - Select Option A or B" to option B.
I agree to pay $35 per lead. I have attached my initial zip code selections for my account. I understand there must be at least 50,000 population in the zip codes I select. Find zip code populations here: https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org
I understand I may change these selections and changes will be effective the upcoming Thursday at 9pm Pacific time, by logging into my back office and clicking “Adjust Radius and Zip Codes.”
I acknowledge that switching back and forth between option A and B is not permitted.
I also acknowledge that I am removing any cap on prospect quantity and I am responsible for paying for all prospects generated in the zip codes that I select. Since Retirement Prospects pays for my advertisements in advance, I can make changes in my account but these changes will not be effective until the upcoming Thursday at 9pm Pacific time.
I acknowledge that the terms and conditions put forth in the initial Service Agreement remain the same.

Provide your zip codes in a support ticket at https://retirementprospects.com/help in the format xxxxx,xxxxx,xxxxx,xxxxx or you can enter or paste them into the text box below. Be sure to include the name on the Retirement Prospects account. To select zip codes, you can use the tool at https://www.unitedstateszipcodes.org. Retirement Prospects suggests that you select zip codes that comprise a population totaling 300,000 (must be a minimum of 50,000 population) as this provides a comfortable prospect flow in most areas (the site above shows the population for each zip code). Please note that we cannot forecast the prospect flow in any area and once you make your zip code selections, and any change you make will not be effective until Thursday at 9 pm Pacific, following your change. If you receive more prospects than desired, they are all billable so we recommend that you start with a smaller population (200,000 or less) and then add zips or prospect types later to increase your prospect flow.
