We are not accredited with BBB because that simply means we paid a fee to join BBB. Anyone can become "accredited" by paying their fee.
In order to prove that we do not get a favorable rating because we paid them a fee, we do not join BBB. We still get their A+ rating for our fast response and resolution to any complaint.
